OCTOBER 10TH, 2016

Dear Customer,
As you know, Hanjin Korea has filed for protection and receivership before the Korean Court. This situation raised many questions, and more important, some organization problems in ports as regards delivery of containers, which has negatively impacted your operations in past weeks.

As you also know, over the last weeks, since the situation occurred, Bolloré Logistics has taken all actions to safeguard your interests, and has made our best efforts to obtain a release of your containers while mitigating additional costs.

In the event of these costs being greater than widely applied prices, Bolloré Logistics shall assist its customers in due course in their efforts to recover the amounts concerned.
