Founded in 1960 in Cognac, AMC is one of the leading French international logistics company of wines and spirits with a turnover over 30 million euros in 2015 and a volume of 15,000 TEUs.
The company is also present in the US since 1996 and in Spain since 2011.

Henri Le Gouis, CEO Europe of Bolloré Logistics, becomes President.
AMC will continue to operate with major French wines and spirits groups, as well as French and foreign traders on its behalf.

With this equity participation, Bolloré Logistics expands its offering in the wines and spirits sector. "Our strategy is to develop value-added services, adapted to the sectorial needs of our customers, such as pick-up tool in the cellars supported by a specialized information system. AMC will also support the sales forces of Bolloré Logistics in wine regions like Alsace or Bourgogne," says Henri Le Gouis, CEO Europe of Bolloré Logistics, and president of AMC.

"With this strategic investment, AMC has the opportunity to rely on the global network of Bolloré Logistics, as well as its sea freight and air freight platforms such as Le Havre, Marseille or Paris Charles de Gaulle." says Edouard Wollenweber, General Director of AMC. "It aims to AMC (wines & spirits brand of the Bolloré Group) one of the world leaders in the sector of wines and spirits” adds Wollenweber.

By merging the activities of SDV and Saga, Bolloré Logistics is becoming the leader of the international logistics in France and continues to invest in organic growth while remaining attentive to any external growth opportunity for the development of high value-added services.
