Comet International Freight Services LLC becomes Bolloré Logistics Oman

Bolloré Logistics has recently finalized the acquisition of its agent Comet International Freight Services LLC, which has as from October 2017 been rebranded as Bolloré Logistics Oman.

Comet International Freight Services LLC, now known as Bolloré Logistics in Oman, has been established since 1985 in the Sultanate of Oman. Bolloré Logistics is pleased to confirm that the existing staff has remained with the Company.

This acquisition allows Bolloré Logistics, to offer in country services within Oman with an established team as a fully-fledged office of the Bolloré Transport & Logistics Group.

 

Specialist Markets

The Omani office is involved in many areas of the business but specifically handles certain vertical being Healthcare, Automotive and Oil & Gas industries.

Bolloré Logistics Oman has Industrial Project experience which can be validated with the large project movements undertaken over the last years with the Bolloré Logistics network. The team is also looking forward to developing activities in the Aerospace & Defense and Retail sectors.

The Omani team will further complement the Bolloré Logistics Middle East and South Asia network

Oman is also currently acting as a partial gateway / transshipment point for shipments to Qatar and its' assisting Bolloré Logistics Qatar when required.
