San Francisco is now a Bonded Warehouse

October 27th, 2017

In order to become a bonded warehouse, a series of steps had to be completed with U.S. Customs. The entire process for documentation, site visit, security and background checks took approximately two months.

The full 13,000 square feet (1,208 sqm) warehouse space is now bonded to respond to increasing customer demand to bring their uncleared freight back to our San Francisco facility and hold it there.

"Customers prefer items that are stored a long time to be at our location," says Dale
Ezell, West Coast Regional Manager. "Our security measures are tighter than what exists in some of the airport on-site facilities."

In addition to having access to traditional warehouse features, which include storage and distribution, customers will now benefit from tax advantages for imports.
