Bolloré Logistics Houston Hosts an Incoterms 2020 Seminar for Their Clients

On December 9th 2019, the Bolloré Logistics Houston branch office hosted a seminar for their clients on the new Incoterms 2020 at the DoubleTree Houston Airport. They hired an external consultant, Dennis Mottola, who is highly knowledgeable on incoterms and give regular seminars on various logistics topics.

During this seminar, over 40 attendees reviewed the upcoming changes to Incoterms among other related logistic topics. The 3-hour seminar was followed by a luncheon.

Training our customers is essential in the customer-supplier relationship. The training was indeed very well received by Bolloré Logistics Houston clients and they received positive feedback.
