Saigon Times Honors Bolloré Logistics Vietnam for Outstanding CSR Practices

January 30th, 2020

On 12th December 2019, Bolloré Logistics became the only logistics company, among the 41 selected businesses, to be honored at the first Saigon Times CSR 2019 Merit Ceremony, held at the Caravelle Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Thanks to the multiple activities on a global level like Earth Hour, Safety Day and Marathon Day; as well as local activities themed around education and environment – such as Earth Day Clean up, Keep Vietnam Beautiful, STEAM class-room libraries, support to Passerelles numériques, finding best talents, zero plastic bottles project in the office, and selective waste sorting education; Bolloré Logistics Vietnam has built a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program that inspires its entire staff and contributes greatly to the local communities in Vietnam.

Marc Moeschlin, Managing Director of Bolloré Logistics Vietnam adds, "We are absolutely delighted to be the only logistics company to have received this certificate of recognition from Saigon Times. As I am about to move on to another position in the Bolloré Group after four successful years in Vietnam, I am extremely proud of the CSR contribution made by the team; creating a greener and more sustainable development path for our customers, our company and the local community; and this is only the beginning!"

Since entering Vietnam in 1989, Bolloré Logistics Vietnam has developed many CSR initiatives while attaching much importance to its stakeholders. After 30 years of operations, the enterprise has not only strengthened its business activities; but also built up a CSR culture that can inspire its entire staff.

All these actions are part of Bolloré Logistics' CSR program "Powering Sustainable Logistics",  whose one of the commitments is to strengthen relations with stakeholders in the 107 countries where the brand is present.
