For almost fifteen days, the Fairs & Events team of Bolloré Logistics was mobilized at the Paris Air Show to deliver and install various models of aircrafts, drones, helicopters and other exhibition equipment on behalf of big players in the aviation industry.
In total, a dozen dedicated semi-trailers and transports were managed from France and Germany to the exhibition site.
A relatively special transport was also carried out in close collaboration with the aerospace teams of Bolloré Logistics USA and in particular with the Seattle office in order to transport a prototype of taxi aircraft by air from the United States.
In close collaboration with Bolloré Logistics Marignane branch, our team handled the Airbus pavilion again this year. This represented nearly a week of handling with a team of 4 people dedicated to operations, management of empty packaging, positioning and installation of all models. At Airbus' request, a dedicated team took turns during the show to manage the stock and supply of conferences during the show.
We also served Stelia Aerospace to send and install business and pilot seating models.
At the end of the show, the Fairs-Events team took up the challenge of dismantling everything in 2 days in order to return the materials to their original destinations: Ile de France, Marignane, Toulouse, Rochefort, Central Region, Germany and the United States.
