From February 25th through to March 1st 2019, Bolloré Logistics Australia took part in the Australian International Airshow at Avalon Airport in Victoria, Australia.
The Airshow is the biggest aerospace event in the southern hemisphere and is reported to have had over 300,000 guests over the seven days, including trade and general public visitors.
Bolloré Logistics presented at a stand for the days open to trade visitors and was successful in engaging with a large demographic of potential and existing customers across the Aerospace and Defence verticals. The event was coordinated by the Australian team of Bolloré Logistics: Gavin Sporle, National Commercial Manager – Aerospace, Benjamin Miles, National Commercial Manager – Defence, David Guarnera, Branch Manager of Victoria subsidiary, and the team of the Bolloré Logistics Melbourne office.
The highlight of the event was a lunch on Wednesday, February 27th, during which several existing and potential customers took part, thus promoting networking opportunities.
Gavin Sporle, National Aerospace Commercial Manager, stated: “The Airshow was a huge success for the Aerospace and Defence verticals in Australia; the key goal for the event was to continue to build the presence of the Bolloré Logistics brand in the market and through our engagement over the week, we were able to do that successfully.”
