With the Bolloré Logistics ambition to conquer the global top 5 by 2025 in mind, Bolloré Logistics South Africa developed a solution in 2016/2017 to fulfil the need within the Sales business unit to grow and develop young talent for the future.
This need was identified in the industry when it was proving challenging to “Buy Talent (Recruit)” with the necessary high-quality internalization sales skills required for the Bolloré Logistics Sales Talent Profile. With the vision to train, develop & mentor high performing Sales & Key Account Managers the Academy was born and we are proud to introduce our first graduates of 2018 of whom we have placed in permanent roles within Bolloré Logistics Sales department in South Africa in various offices.
We would like to congratulate the following students for being determined and persisting when the simulation and assignments started getting challenging and still graduated with excellence.
