New Minhang Warehouse Comes into Service in Shanghai

July 3rd, 2018

The Minhang warehouse of Bolloré Logistics China came into service since May 2018. It is located at the Weilongzhuan Bridge Logistics Park, Xiangyang Road, Minhang District in Shanghai with an area of 5,100 square meters.

Proximity to key transport hubs and the site’s design allow us to serve industries with strict requirements of time-to-market and volatile demand, such as spare parts, aftermarket, e-commerce, and more.

HUSKY, a leader in plastic injection molding system was the first client to move in this past mid-May. They selected Bolloré Logistics to manage their aftermarket distribution thanks to several advantages brought forth by the new warehouse: Bolloré Logistics China offers a mix of racks, bins and cantilevers to handle the different spare parts storage requirements in 1,600 sqm / 5,000 SKUs and all orders placed before 6:45 PM will be delivered within the following day.

At the warehouse opening ceremony’s speech, Mr. Brian MCAVOY - HUSKY Global Manager for Aftermarket Materials Management - said: “We are pleased to be partnering with Bolloré Logistics on this new endeavor. The speed of set up, professionalism of the staff and solid grasp of our processes and systems in such a short time is truly impressive. We look forward to a long, mutually beneficial relationship with our new colleagues at Bolloré Logistics.”

“This state-of-the-art site is a key milestone in our development strategy and Bolloré Logistics is motivated to accompany its clients with innovative tailor-made solutions,” highlighted Stephane LAM, Director of Logistics - Hong Kong and China, General Manager Sales for East and Central China at Bolloré Logistics China.
