2018 Annual Meetings of the African Development Bank

Bolloré Logistics Korea participated in the 53rd African Development Bank (AfDB) Annual Meetings & Exhibition which took place in Korea's southern port city of Busan from May 22-25, 2018.

Organized jointly by Korea's Ministry of Strategy and Finance and the AfDB, Korean and African public/corporate/financial institution/organization officials participated in the largest Africa-related international event ever held in South Korea.

The 2018 Annual Meetings were held on the theme of “Accelerating Africa’s industrialization”. They provided a unique forum for various representatives of governments, businesses, civil society, think-tank, academia and the media for Africa and beyond – to debate key issues – on Africa development.

During this Korean-African exhibition, Bolloré Logistics Korea’s team present at the event conducted various meetings, including with a Korean EPC, an Infrastructure construction company, an Engineering company, a Trading company and also a Korean government agency of aid & relief.

“Our presence at this event was a success and the meetings were a great opportunity for our team to share their know-how in the transport & logistics field,” said Bolloré Logistics Korea’s Managing Director Thibault Janssens.

With the largest integrated logistics network in Africa, Bolloré Logistics introduced to different types of potential customers our key advantage within various experience and expertise of Africa business such as door-to-door service, heavy-lift deliveries, customs clearance, communications, port terminal concession which are the most required services from customers for their export/import African business.
