Deepening Ties: Bolloré Logistics and Award-Winning Carrier Signs 2nd Partnership Contract

On 12 February 2020, Bolloré Logistics Singapore and an award-winning carrier gathered for the ceremonial signing of a Warehousing and Logistics Management Services Agreement. This marks the second signing in the 10-year partnership with this carrier which began in 2010. Additionally, the contract includes the integration of two other subsidiaries under the group of companies.

The agreement was signed between Mr. Frederic Marcerou, Managing Director of Bolloré Logistics Singapore and a representative of the carrier's higher management. The signing was witnessed by Mr. Cyril Dumon, CEO of Bolloré Logistics Asia Pacific as well as other distinguished guests.

The synergy of the two companies is a main contributor for this long-term partnership. "We share the same long term vision and passion for Aerospace Industry. The partnership will bring along new opportunities for innovative collaborations and higher level of operational excellence," shared Mr. Frederic Marcerou.

The extended partnership contracts Bolloré Logistics to manage aircraft parts and spares for the carrier in Singapore. With the company's expertise in logistics and warehouse management services, the aim is to deliver operational excellence and achieve service KPIs in three main areas, namely space optimization, housekeeping and continuous improvement of projects and processes. With close to 200 full-time employees, the company will provide services covering over 25,700 sqm of warehousing space in the east area. With these, Bolloré Logistics will to continue establishing its reputation and market share by gaining a strong foothold in the Singapore Aerospace industry.

The main goals of 2020 are on improving inventory storage systems and efficiency. Moving forward, the collaborative goal is to work on sustainability and logistics innovation that improves work processes and cost reductions for both companies' growth and benefit.
