Bolloré Transport & Logistics Morocco Supports the WEB ACT for Impact Initiative, Organized by Maroc Impact

June 12th, 2020

Bolloré Transport & Logistics Morocco is one of the official partners and sponsors of the unprecedented digital event organized on June 12, 2020 by "Maroc Impact", a multi-stakeholder Moroccan organization, pioneer in Africa, acting towards the development and the optimization of the social innovation ecosystem.

This webinar will invite a panel of highly qualified experts with diverse backgrounds to exchange and share their visions of the use of frugal innovation to overcome economic recession.

Given the current global health crisis, Morocco, like other African countries, is currently facing several challenges. In response to complex threats, in a paralyzed economy, innovative and frugal solutions have emerged. These solutions call to reassess the prospective benefits of the adoption of "do better with less" by the public and private sectors and suggest a possible lever for national and continental economic recovery.

Commenting the support provided by Bolloré Transport & Logistics to the event, Younes Lamarti, Development Director for North Africa and Managing Director of Bolloré Transport & Logistics Morocco said: "It is essential for Bolloré Transport & Logistics to actively contribute to the structuring of the ecosystem of social and frugal innovation in favor of our continent, to face this major health crisis."
