Bolloré Logistics South Africa (SA) was established in 1997 in Johannesburg. The year 2008 was marked by significant acquisitions for the Bolloré Group, which included the Whitehorse Group and SAEL with branches in Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth as well as its SOCOPAO division.
In 2014, Bolloré Logistics SA formally merged with SAEL and simultaneously acquired its Socopoa division, being the ships’ agents for Safmarine MPV. A further branch was later opened in East London.
