Transport and Logistics in Côte D’Ivoire, Market Focus

By Bolloré Logistics Côte D’Ivoire

Côte d’Ivoire has strong economic advantages and a considerable influence in West Africa due to its geographical location in the Gulf of Guinea and the quality of its infrastructures.

The country is the world's largest cocoa producer and ranks first in Africa for several other agricultural export products (rubber, cashew nuts, cotton, coffee, oil palm, bananas, pineapple, and cola).

With an average annual growth rate of 8.6% since 2012, Côte d'Ivoire aims to become an emerging economy by 2020.

Created in 1959, Bolloré Logistics Côte d'Ivoire now has six agencies throughout the country: Abidjan, San Pedro and Bouaké as well as locations in the cities of Noé, Ferkessédougou and Ouangolodougou in order to support economic operators in their logistics for border countries including those of the hinterland (Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger).

Through the mastery of multimodal end-to-end logistics solutions (rail, road, air, and sea) we have been providing our expertise, experience and know-how to support our customers in their transit, customs clearance, commodity solutions, value-added storage and land transport and oversized packages.

Thanks to the synergy of our resources, we are actively involved in major development projects in the West African sub-region.
