Bolloré Transport & Logistics was established in Benin in 1962, first through SOCOPAO, a company that carried out shipping and consignment operations in Cotonou; then through SAGA & SDV, until the merger of these two entities to become Bolloré Logistics.
Bolloré Transport & Logistics counts more than 150 employees and is well established countrywide with dedicated warehouses and offices at Cotonou International Airport, as well as three border offices in Parajou, Malanville and Porga.
Bolloré Logistics Benin offers end-to-end logistics solutions to facilitate air, land and sea transit activities, customs clearance of goods in transit over the Hinterland (Niger, Burkina Faso, and Mali), warehousing and distribution. These services are offered to local and international customers in a wide range of sectors, including mining, retail, gas, defense, automotive and health. Bolloré Logistics Benin also offers an Express service, which allows the import and export of small documents and packages in a short time frame.
Among their numerous successes, Bolloré Logistics' Beninese teams carried out all customs clearance formalities and transported two oversized tanks as part of the Société Béninoise des Brasseries (SOBEBRA) capacity extension project in March 2018.
