Our transport and logistics activities represent an important part of the Bolloré Group. The history of our Group dates back 100 years and began with the founding of SCAC :

1885: Creation of SCAC.
1991: Acquisition of DELMAS by the Bolloré Group. Merging of the “transport commissions” brands. of the SCAC and Delmas groups (which operate in Asia, the Pacific, the United States and Canada).
1992: Creation of SDV Asia.
1994: Opening of operations in Malaysia, China and the Philippines.
1997: Acquisition of SAGA by the Bolloré Group.
1998: Site opens in Laos.
1999: Saga Air and Sagatrans join the division. Operations begin in Thailand. Acquisition of PCL and AEROMAR in the United States.
2000: Sites open in East Timor and Chile.
2001: Acquisition of Kamden, which operates in the United States and Great Britain.
2002: Joint venture with Geis in Germany and acquisition of the company’s Asian network. Creation of SDV International Logistics, the result of the merger of 6 companies: SCAC, SCAC AIR SERVICE, TTA, TRANSCAP INTERNATIONAL, SDV Aerospace and TRANSINOR.
2005: Acquisition of Air Link in India.
2007: Acquisition of JE Bernard in Great Britain. Acquisition of Pro Service in the United States.
2008: Acquisition of South Africa Express Line in South Africa. Joint venture with Dnata Cargo and Kanoo in Dubai.
2009: Creation of Bolloré Logistics. Joint venture with Worldwide Logistics Limited in Pakistan.
