Bolloré Logistics pays close attention to the strict enforcement of ethical principles in the exercise of our business in countries where we have set up operations.
Ethical guidelines for action govern the behaviour of each of our employees, whatever the circumstances and whatever the country.
In 2003, the Bolloré Group became a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact. Whether it be a strategic vision or day-to-day organisational or operational measures, the ten universal principles set the guidelines in terms of human rights, labour rights, respect of the environment and the prevention of corruption.
Today, a new "Code of Business Conduct" for the Transport and Logistics sector has just updated its provisions. It breaks down the principles into rules of conduct covering transport safety and security, health, the health and safety of workers, the prevention of corruption, compliance with rules regulating competition, the protection of the environment and rules pertaining to the enforcement of this Code.
