Bolloré Logistics Presents its Logistics Solutions to the African Continent

March 17th, 2016

Bolloré Logistics will attend the 2016 edition of SITL Europe as sponsor of "Gearing up Africa!”, the first cycle of conferences devoted to the implementation of supply chains in Africa, held from March 22nd to 24th, 2016 at the Exhibition Park Paris Nord Villepinte – Hall 6.

The African dynamics offer considerable potential and have developed increasing interest from a large number of companies on this continent.
"With over a billion people and a middle class of 130 million consumers in rapid development, Africa offers exceptional opportunities fueled by the investment programs of several billion euros in all industrial sectors and distribution. Over the past five years, economic growth has been above 5%," says Edouard de Vergeron, Africa Managing Director of Bolloré Logistics.

These companies face various logistical challenges as their business models are dependent on the growth of their business in Africa, but also in an operational context: "There is an important need for companies to be supported by their logistics partner," adds E. Vergeron.

With its presence for over 50 years on the continent, Bolloré Logistics supports its long term customers’ growth in Africa, and its experts are speaking on the major themes of this conference.
They will be accompanied by Bolloré Logistics customers and other well established companies on the continent, who agreed to share their experience.
